This REST API adds several new rows to an Excel worksheet.
REST API
PUT http://api.aspose.cloud/v3.0/cells/{name}/worksheets/{sheetName}/cells/rows
The request parameters are:

| name | string | path | The workbook name. |
| sheetName | string | path | The worksheet name. |
| startrow | integer | query | The index of the first row to be inserted (0‑based). |
| totalRows | integer | query | The number of rows to insert. |
| updateReference | boolean | query | Whether to update cell references after insertion (true or false). |
| folder | string | query | The folder that contains the document. |
| storageName | string | query | The storage name. |
