Add a format condition in the worksheet.

Path Parameter

参数名称、类型、描述
name，string，文件名。
sheetName，string，工作表名称。
index，integer，获取指定索引处的条件格式元素。

Query Parameter

参数名称、类型、描述
cellArea，string，添加条件格式的单元格范围。
类型，字符串，格式条件类型（CellValue/Expression/ColorScale/DataBar/IconSet/Top10/UniqueValues/DuplicateValues/ContainsText/NotContainsText/BeginsWith/EndsWith/ContainsBlanks/NotContainsBlanks/ContainsErrors/NotContainsErrors/TimePeriod/AboveAverage）。
operatorType，string，表示条件格式和数据验证的运算符类型（Between/Equal/GreaterThan/GreaterOrEqual/LessThan/None/NotBetween/NotEqual）。
formula1，string，与条件格式相关的值或表达式。
formula2，string，与条件格式相关的值或表达式。
文件夹，字符串，文件所在的文件夹。
storageName，string，文件所在的存储名称。
